Cusick Communications was founded by Tom Cusick in 1989, built on a commitment to honest service, reliable workmanship, and long-term relationships with Jacksonville businesses. From its early days installing phone systems and structured cabling, the company steadily grew into a trusted full-service provider for low-voltage and communications solutions across Florida.

Under Tom’s leadership as founder, Cusick Communications expanded to include security camera systems, business Wi-Fi, VoIP phone systems, and commercial audio installations — all delivered with the same attention to detail and customer care that defined the business from the beginning. For more than three decades, Tom built a reputation rooted in trust, quality, and personal relationships with local clients.

In 2026, Cusick Communications entered its next chapter, transitioning ownership to Jacob Cusick, who now serves as Owner and Operator of the business. With deep respect for the company’s history and the relationships built over decades, the focus remains on continuity, reliability, and modernizing systems while preserving the values that customers have always relied on. Tom continues to be involved during the transition, ensuring clients experience the same familiar service and care.

Today, Cusick Communications and Technology remains proudly locally owned and operated, serving commercial, retail, and professional spaces throughout Jacksonville and the Beaches.
